Beef Jerky Taos Hum Caramelized Cayenne!

Taos Hum teamed up with The Daily Jerky to produce New Mexico's finest USDA Certified Beef Jerky with our signature New Mexico sauce.  The Caramelized Cayenne is made of Taos Hum Red, Yellow and Green cayenne peppers heavy roasted over aa open apple wood fire.  The roasting brings out a distinctive caramel sweetness with a slight burnt flavor.
