Beef Jerky Taos Hum Bourbon Barrel Aged Jerky!

Taos Hum teamed up with The Daily Jerky to produce New Mexico's finest USDA Certified Beef Jerky with our signature New Mexico sauce. 

The Bourbon Barrel Aged Hot Sauce is made from fresh farm grown Chimayo style Red Chile.  Red Chile is blended with local amber honey and homemade red wine vinegar that was aged for two years in fresh oak bourbon barrels.   

Local UDSA Certified beef is vacuum tumbled with the Taos Hum Hot Sauce for a unique snack.  Enjoy!!

The heat level is just perfect, slightly hotter than your average jerky, but mild enough to eat the whole bag!
