The Bourbon Barrel Aged Hot Sauce is made from fresh farm grown Chimayo style Red Chile. Red Chile is blended with local amber honey and homemade red wine vinegar that was aged for two years in fresh oak bourbon barrels.
Local UDSA Certified beef is vacuum tumbled with the Taos Hum Hot Sauce for a unique snack. Enjoy!!
