New Peruvian Yellow

Fresh citrus body with a slow burn!

The 2021 Peruvian Yellow is a little hotter than the 2021 Roasted Ghost.  100% fresh, Peruvian Yellow Peppers with a few Fatalii and Yellow Ghost Peppers.  More Aji Limo and fewer The Ami Amarillo than the 2020 version.  The Aji Limo gives a strong lemon flavor followed by a heat that sneaks up on you from the yellow ghost peppers. Pairs well with seafood, fries, eggs, pasta and more!
